AMPUTEE TESTIMONIAL
"I had my left leg amputated below the knee in June 1994 and have suffered
almost constantly from phantom pain. These were truly intense pains and the
pills that had been subscribed to lessen the frequency of phantom attacks and
pain just did not seem to work.
One morning while reading the morning paper I noticed an advertisement for
